Mark H. Price
Principal, Washington National Tax
Mark is the Principal-in-Charge of the Financial Institutions and Products group for the KPMG Washington National Tax practice and the Tax Industry Leader for the Banking and Capital Markets practice. Mark Price joined KPMG in 1998. Mark focuses on the taxation of financial instruments and institutions, including capital market and structured finance transactions.
From 1996 to 1998, Mark was a tax associate at a well-known international law firm, where he had a general business tax practice, concentrating on corporate transactions, capital market transactions, and tax controversy and tax litigation.
Mark holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder, where he majored in economics, and received his legal education at Harvard Law School.
