Corporate Responsibility
Together, For Better. That makes the difference.

Empowered by our Values and enabled by AI, we help organizations make the difference for their customers, employees, and investors. Our corporate responsibility efforts build on this momentum — working together with our people, clients, and nonprofits to grow our economy and create opportunities for all.

Working together, we make the difference.
Building a future-ready workforce
With a focus on AI, we empower educators and help students build skills to succeed in school and in the workplace.

Investing in the next generation
We work with organizations to help students by supporting literacy, college readiness, and career preparation programs, while also championing our educators. Our KPMG Family for Literacy program, in collaboration with First Book, has also provided 7.5 million+ new books to children in low-income communities.

Recognizing our people
KPMG employees spent more than 27,000 hours supporting workforce and education initiatives in FY24.

Fostering vibrant and healthy communities
Strong communities shape better outcomes for all. Too many Americans face economic instability and mental health challenges, including our veterans and young people. We work with organizations to build vibrant and healthy neighborhoods that provide access to housing, food, education, and good jobs, while supporting overall well-being.

Strengthening our communities
We support organizations that are actively strengthening the communities in which we live and work through grants, volunteering, board service, and more. These organizations address a wide variety of challenges, including housing, food insecurity, and employment.
For example, the KPMG U.S. Foundation supports Beyond Housing in St. Louis, which is working to deliver better outcomes for all in the community.

Recognizing our people
More than 18,000 KPMG employees engaged in efforts supporting community vitality in FY24.

Recognizing the critical importance of mental health, we invest in reducing stigma and enhancing access to mental health resources. Our work with organizations across the mental health space underlines our commitment to supporting mental well-being across communities.
For example, the KPMG U.S. Foundation supports Active Minds, which is dedicated to mobilizing youth and young adults to lead a transformative movement in mental health, forever changing how it is valued and prioritized in society. Watch to learn more.
