OECD - Final agenda for consultation on transfer pricing, BEPS  

November 8: The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) has posted the final agenda for the 12-13 November 2013 public consultation on transfer pricing matters.

The final agenda [PDF 155 KB] lists the names of transfer pricing and tax professionals who will address issues including:

  • Country-by-country reporting
  • OECD development of rules on transfer pricing documentation
  • Revised discussion draft on transfer pricing aspects of intangibles—including definitional issues and comparability factors
  • Transfer pricing aspects of the BEPS Action Plan

The 12-13 November 2013 public consultation will be available via a broadcast on the internet. The consultation will be held in Paris, with the proceedings to be streamed live.
