Pursuant to Sections 301 through 326 of Title III of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act (the “Dodd-Frank Act”), the various powers and duties of the Office of Thrift Supervision (“OTS”) will be transferred to the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (“OCC”), the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (“FDIC”) the Federal Reserve Board (“Fed”) and the new Bureau of Consumer Financial Protection (“CFPB”) on July 21, 2011 (the “transfer date”).
