U.S. Employers in All Industries Prepare for Healthcare Reform 

Companies and their boards are trying to anticipate and prepare for a multiyear transition to new healthcare legislation, which could impact performance, talent management, and compliance. The complexities of impending healthcare reform—compounded by greater demand for transparency and accountability, increased regulatory enforcement, and cost and revenue pressures—could give new meaning to risk management.

Executives who want to be ahead of the curve are not waiting for the final rules. Many are already considering the potential impact reform could have on business planning far in advance of final regulations.


Debate may continue into 2010, but whatever form this legislation takes, healthcare reforms will be implemented, debated, and reviewed for years to come.
