The four unified labour codes is a monumental piece of legislation which is comprehensive, progressive, and a step towards India's development and growth trajectory. The codes demand shared responsibility between government and industry for smooth implementation.

The good news is that the Act is much simpler than what one would have imagined when this whole onset of GDPR played out. Privacy as a culture hasn’t been deep-rooted in our way of working. Businesses will find it much easier to implement it on a piece of paper than to bring this whole concept into reality.

There is a lot of awareness about the manufacturing sector and how AI can be leveraged in the future. We all are excited to use AI and ML to forecast and improve our supply chain resilience. One of the advantages that India has is its own huge domestic market to deliver and build in world class standards.

We are in an interesting era of 'Manufacturing Renaissance' with noteworthy increase in FDI, and manufacturing value-add. However, it's crucial for us to also address some of the key challenges like strengthening MSME, enabling digital manufacturing, and connecting India to more parts of the world.
