In the Digital Economy, "information" is changing how companies operate, how they connect, and how markets interact. While the ability to collect, manage, and analyze data can lead to better business outcomes, the difficulty of realizing value from data will continue to increase even with the best analytics engines at your disposal.

Transforming Internal Audit

Transforming Internal Audit
Most organizations do not connect or combine the use of data analytics or continuous auditing throughout the various phases of an internal audit cycle. This results in data analytics becoming a bolt-on activity, which departments try to sustain by building a “technical” capability, rather than a strategic enabler combined into the fabric of the audit process. A maturity path may help to effectively initiate and advance the use of data analytics and continuous auditing in internal audit.
