  • Blue Field (Sichuan) Food Industrial Co., Ltd. v. United States, Slip Op. 13-142 (CIT November 14, 2013): The trade court remanded Commerce’s final results of administrative review of antidumping duty order on preserved mushrooms from China, with instructions for Commerce to reconsider surrogate values and recalculate the dumping margin

  • NSK Corp. v. United States, Slip Op. 13-143 (CIT November 18, 2013): Pursuant to decision by Federal Circuit, the trade court vacated the negative material injury determinations set forth in the third and fourth remand results, and reinstated those set forth in the second remand results.

  • Best Key Textiles Co. v. United States, Slip Op. 13-145 (CIT December 4, 2013): The trade court denied a motion for unredacted versions of the government’s confidential third and final supplement to be submitted to the administrative record.

  • Wheatland Tube Co. v. United States, Slip Op. 13-146 (CIT December 4, 2013): The trade court remanded to Commerce, for reconsideration the final results of an antidumping administrative review of certain circular welded non-alloy steel pipe from Korea.
