EC - Plan to address tax evasion, aggressive tax planning 

December 6:  The European Commission today issued a “Communication on an Action Plan” against tax fraud and evasion, and including recommendations on a coordinated EU approach toward tax havens and aggressive tax planning.

The EC Communication outlines immediate actions and recommendations, and also establishes the priority for the EC actions to be undertaken in the short-, medium-, and long-term.
