The Federal Reserve Board (“Fed”) recently published a notice of proposed information collection that would introduce a new Form FR Y-15, The Banking Organization Systemic Risk Report, which would collect consolidated systemic risk data from certain large U.S. Bank Holding Companies (“BHCs”) and U.S. Savings and Loan Holding Companies (“SLHCs”), as well as aggregated systemic risk data on the U.S. operations of certain Foreign Banking Organizations (“FBOs”).
