The Federal Reserve Board (“Fed”), the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (“OCC”) and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (“FDIC”) (collectively, the “Agencies”) jointly released guidance on May 14, 2012 that conveys the Agencies’ position and expectations regarding stress testing.
