Green Project Awards Portugal 2012

The Green Project Awards (GPA) Portugal 2012 was introduced in February 8, 2012 at the Electricity Museum in Lisbon, now emerging as a movement that aims to encourage the creation of wealth, develop the economy, promote employment and entrepreneurship, the preservation of resources and energy efficiency.

Since 2008, the jury of the Green Project Awards distinguishes the best products, services, research projects and communication campaigns, always with the results audited by KPMG.

After more than 600 applications received in the last four years and the recognition of 28 projects, the Green Project Awards 2012 maintains as the main objective the dissemination of the best initiatives of companies, institutions and citizens.

Innovation and entrepreneurship, the focus on natural resources, agriculture, tourism and the sea, and the call for participation of a younger audience are the main highlights of the 5th edition of the Green Project Awards (GPA) Portugal.

Applications for Green Project Awards end at 17:00 on 31 May 2012.
