Themba Mudidi

Themba has more than 22 years of audit experience, two years of which were with KPMG Los Angeles. Themba is a passionate trainer and is involved with KPMG’s International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) training. Since joining KPMG, Themba has been specializing in the financial services industry, and his audit experience spans across borders to Zambia and the United States of America (USA). He has an in-depth knowledge and hands on experience of conducting and managing risk-based audits, corporate governance and internal control systems evaluations of diversified financial services groups, telecommunications companies and internationally owned companies. In the USA, Themba worked on large to medium sized financial institutions listed on the New York Stock Exchange. Some of his USA clients had subsidiaries in Asia, Australia and Europe and he was involved in the inter-office and other auditor communications.
