Andrea Matúšová

Andrea joined KPMG UK in 2016 after studying economics and finance at the University of Edinburgh and financial economics at the University of Amsterdam. In London, she worked in the Transaction Services department, specializing in the financial services sector. Among her clients were companies operating in banking, insurance, and investment management. Since 2019, she has been a member of the Transaction Services team in Slovakia, where she specializes mainly in buy-side due diligence and related acquisition advisory, including SPAs, operational due diligence and post-transaction integration of companies. She has experience with transactions in the real estate, financial services, business services and other sectors. She also holds the ACA (ICAEW Chartered Accountant) professional certificate.
