Global Strategy Group (GSG) is the M&A - focused strategic advisory practice of KPMG in India. The practice works with both corporate and private equity clients, advising them on entry and growth strategy, business modeling and forecasting, commercial due diligence and portfolio synergies, in connection with their M&A activities.
