Review of the project charter; guidance on approach to be taken; validation of scope and applicability of six sigma techniques for the project; validation of the team strength and the project resource requirements.
Presentation by the team members; validation of the chartered objectives and the actual benefits reported by the team; application of the six sigma tools and methodologies.
Tools demonstration by the Participants, where Participants will be asked to explain 'how to use the tool' based on the scenarios posed. This will be carried out in a viva mode.
Successful participants will be awarded Black Belt Certification by KPMG in India. Certificates will be sent across over mail.





Candidates should be preferably Six Sigma Green Belt trained/certified.
