The Reporting and Accounting Advisory Services team helps our clients to strengthen their position in the global competition for resources. One of the focus areas of our teams revolves around the principle of effectively communicating reliable financial and non-financial information to the right stakeholders. We help our clients highlight their equity story, attract resources and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and frameworks.

We have three areas of expertise within Reporting and Accounting Advisory Services. Our colleagues in Financial Reporting Advisory work with accounting for transactions, technical accounting support, conduct GAAP analyses and impact studies, prepare accounting memos and models, and offer training and conversations. The ESG Reporting Advisory colleagues offer support to our clients when there are new regulations e.g., EU taxonomy, and offer ESG related advisory services. Lastly, within Investor Relations Services, we assist our clients on M&A support, perform outside-in analyses on how analysts assess the organisation, provide assistance with investor materials and offer training.
