Tune in to Talent: Is your talent strategy on track? 

Many organisations continue to take a generic ‘best practice’ approach to one of their most important strategic levers: how best to manage their people. Key insights

KPMG International commissioned an Economist Intelligence Unit study surveying 418 executives, which revealed:

 

  • 81 percent believe putting in place the most effective talent management strategy is key to the competitive success of the organisation
  • 60 percent of organisations increased their use of virtual workspaces while 48 percent reduced their reliance on physical office premises
  • 55 percent of organisations hired more contractual or temporary workers in the past 3 years.
