Nicholas is the co-lead of the private equity sector for KPMG in Australia, driving our engagement with predominantly domestic funds and leads the origination of new investment ideas to help the firm deliver a breadth of services throughout portfolio hold periods all the way through to exit.

Nicholas is an experienced corporate adviser, specialising in mergers & acquisitions with an extensive track record, focusing on:

  • divestment of mid-market corporate entities to a mix of strategic trade acquirers and financial sponsors (private equity)
  • strategic reviews for both privately-owned and publicly listed entities
  • buy-side advice including target identification and valuation analysis
  • transactions across industrial markets, consumer markets and private equity sectors

As a Partner at KPMG M&A, Nicholas acts as a lead adviser and is responsible for deal origination, transaction execution, and manages a team of employees and stakeholders to deliver value to clients.
