Under the auspices of the KPMG Network of Women (KNOW), we also have established KPMG’s Growth Acceleration Programme (GAP), where otherwise unemployed graduates are brought into the firm on 12-month training contracts focused on meaningfully equipping them for the professional job market.

Independent Counselling and Advisory Services (ICAS) is a confidential, 24-hour a day, 365 days a year personal support and information service open to KPMG people and their immediate families. KPMG people, as well as their family members, can call for help with everyday situations and more serious concerns, eg financial, legal, relationships or stress.
Interaction between our people creates opportunities that allow us to better understand and embrace diversity, and brings about the possibility for development. To facilitate an environment of inclusion, we have developed social networking groups for our people.
Some of the social networking groups include KNOW, Toastmasters, Help a School, KPMG’s Musicians in Collaboration (MiC), and KPMG’s Islamic Network.
