- Audit Associate
Audit Associates work closely with and under the supervision of Senior Associates on audit engagements. The person in this role is primarily responsible for preparing work papers in accordance with firm and professional standards, as assigned by Senior Associates. Audit Associates are typically expected to work closely with the client and deliver quality services on a timely basis.
- Audit Sr. Associate
This role is responsible for the execution of day to day operations of the engagements and overall responsibility to see each engagement through to completion. Audit Sr. Associates may work on multiple engagements concurrently, and is typically expected to work closely with the Sr. Manager/Manager on the engagement. The person in this role provides input into engagement decisions including work plan and timeline, budget management, resource allocation and career development of Associates. Audit Sr. Associates also build an environment that fosters teamwork, review the work product of Associates, and provide direction and training as necessary.
- Audit Manager/ Sr. Manager
The person in this role is typically expected to manage one or more client engagements, while providing quality work themselves on the engagement. Audit Managers / Sr. Managers assume responsibility for client relationships and have higher level client interactions. She/he works directly with the partner and concurring partner during an engagement, provide advanced technical knowledge, direction and training to staff, work closely with Sr. Associates and make certain resources are utilized appropriately while reviewing the work product and providing direction as necessary. Audit Managers / Sr. Managers also demonstrate leadership potential by actively participating in office and Audit practice decisions including resource allocation and deployment, career development of staff, local office training, etc. She/he also embraces career development opportunities including international and domestic rotational assignments and specializations within the Audit practice.
