OECD - Notes, observations from transfer pricing, BEPS consultation

November 15: KPMG professionals attended and participated in the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) two-day public consultation on transfer pricing topics earlier this week.

The discussions during the first day of the OECD public consultation focused on country-by-country reporting, transfer pricing documentation, and the revised draft on intangibles. The second day’s discussions continued with the focus on intangibles.
