Kay is Partner in KPMG German practice. He joined KPMG in 1990 and holds currently the position of Head of the “HNWI and Family Offices” network in Germany.

With more than two decades of experience working with clients and the tax authorities, Kay specializes in legal and tax structuring advice, business succession and inheritance tax, and advising wealthy individuals and Family Offices. Since 1993, he is a regular speaker at seminars in areas such as tax law, tax reform laws, inheritance and gift tax law; Kay is also a Lecturer at the University of Bielefeld, Faculty of Law and at the University of Münster, School of Tax and Business Law.
