Czech Republic - Update on transfer pricing documentation, rulings, audits 

August 9: In an interview, the Director of the Income Tax Department (of the Methodology and Tax Administration section of the Czech General Financial Directorate) stated that the department will open a discussion as to whether to continue with a mandatory transfer pricing documentation approach in the future.
