KPMG Quarterly Review of China’s Economic Globalization (Q4 2012 – Chinese)

The quarterly update comprehensively analyzes and assesses China’s macroeconomic and outbound investment situations. It also analyzes important macroeconomic data and trends, specifically the Chinese economic globalization trends, as well as reviews and summarizes overseas M&A for 2012. As of Q4 2012, the overall Chinese economy began to stabilize and establish positive momentum, with capital investment remaining the main driver behind China’s economic growth and stability. Although the trend of economic recovery is discernible, structural problems constraining economic growth still exist. Thus, the sustainability of the economic growth will need to stand the test of time. China’s outbound investment grew rapidly in 2012, with Europe and America being the main recipients. In addition, the active participation of private enterprises has resulted in the outbound investment industries becoming more diversified.
