Working in Transaction Services you’ll become familiar with all the key services we offer to help put together and complete major transactions, including:

- pre-deal evaluation
- acquisition due diligence
- vendor assistance
- merger and acquisition integration
- bidder data process
- stock exchange and other public work
- private equity.
To apply for a role in Transaction Services you’ll need to have completed (or be studying for) a degree in commerce or business, majoring in accounting. You’ll also have to have completed all of the additional accredited courses required to be eligible to commence the Chartered Accountant program when you join KPMG.
