KPMG is looking for high performing individuals, with varying levels of qualifications and experience, to join our growing Advisory teams in Zambia.

KPMG employs University graduates with relevant qualifications for Advisory, Tax and Audit.


For Audit and Tax, you will have to be a holder of an accounting degree. Once you have joined KPMG, you will immediately commence with studying towards a professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/ZICA Profession).


Qualified/Experienced Professionals


KPMG employs people that already have a full ACCA/CIMA/ZICA Profession qualification and are taken through a training programme to gain practical experience for Audit and Tax. For Advisory, full relevant professional and/or degree qualification is a requirement.




KPMG employs students still studying towards a professional qualification on an internship basis over the holiday period of their study. Intern assignments are limited to a maximum of 3 months at a time. Interns are not full employees of KPMG and get a nominal allowance during their time at KPMG.
