Case studies

We were engaged by a large telecommunications company to help them identify ways in which they could reduce their employment costs . By considering expenses and subsistence alongside holiday purchase, annual savings of £13m were made.

A utilities company took advantage of having to implement auto-enrolment and reviewed their holistic reward package. A cost of £15m was turned round into a saving of £25m.
