We are committed to developing people's skills and have implemented a number of programmes to do this. Our programmes ensure that our people get the right support from talented leaders who can motivate, coach and lead by example.


We want KPMG to be the best choice for talented people and our online recruitment service helps us to identify the people who we think will thrive within KPMG. We have over 11,000 people who work at KPMG. We anticipate to hire around 1,600 experienced professionals across our business this year. We expect to recruit 1,000 students across graduate programmes and internships, and we will also hire some 120 students to our school leavers' programme.
