Bodgan has been employed by KPMG since 2019 and has over nine years of professional experience in providing legal services to Ukrainian and international clients.

Bodgan’s key competencies include corporate law, antitrust law and, civil and energy sectors of law.

Bodgan has extensive experience in supporting M&A transactions, which includes legal due diligence, transactions structuring, drafting and analysis of transaction documents, including contracts for the purchase and sale of corporate rights, obtaining concentration permits, supporting investment projects for foreign investors, and consulting on various regulatory issues.

Bogdan also has experience in antitrust consulting and antitrust compliance assessment.

Bodgan's professional experience includes development and review of data protection documents (data protection policies, data processing agreements, data processing consents templates, data protection clauses in commercial and employment contracts), assessment of compliance with the legislation of Ukraine and GDPR.

Bodgan also has considerable experience in the preparation of regulatory surveys in the energy sector, support of players entering the Ukrainian market, and support of Ukrainian clients entering the EU market.
