Hazel joined KPMG Taipei in 2006 after working at National Tax Office for four years. She advises Taiwan large-scale enterprises and foreign MNC on global investment structure, business model planning, indirect tax, transfer pricing, and tax interpretation order. She works with international KPMG teams on various international tax projects. Hazel is a committee member of Taxation and Tariff Committee, R.O.C. Association of Certified Public Accountant. Hazel leads Global Taiwan Practice of KPMG Taiwan and provides global tax planning, consulting and merge and acquisition services. Hazel has lectured for tax offices, KPMG-sponsored seminars, and tax courses at National Taiwan University, National Chengchi University and National Taipei University.

Professional Service Experience

  • Assisting MNC to deal with global transfer pricing and business model planning as well as compliance related matters, including global documentation preparation, design and implementation of transfer pricing policies, and audit defense.

  • Taiwan and international tax planning and risk assessment, tax due diligence, M&A, restructuring, investment structures, tax cost minimization for cross-border transactions and reorganization.

  • lecturer numerous times for courses held by tax offices and for seminars KPMG- sponsored.
