With a worldwide presence, KPMG International continues to build on its member firms' successes thanks to clear vision, rigorously maintained values and, above all, its people. The following pages describe who we are, what we do and how we do it.
About KPMG in Swaziland
KPMG in Swaziland started operating in 1962. The firm has a reputation for providing relevant and appropriate professional advice using experienced professionals. With the majority of our staff locally based and with a low staff turnover, especially at senior levels, KPMG helps ensures continuity of services as well as a good understanding of the requirements and challenges of organisations operating in Swaziland.
Values and culture
Our values mirror those found throughout KPMG International's global network of member firms. What are they and why do they work? KPMG's reputation is created by the way our people act with clients, colleagues and their communities.
Commitment to the Swaziland Community
Through sponsorships and direct participation KPMG in Swaziland demonstrates its commitment to communities. Sponsorships are provided to the initiatives such as KPMG Swazi Mile, Mafutseni Zonal Soccer League and Cheshire Homes. Career guidance fairs, such as the University of Swaziland career seminar and the Waterford KaMhlaba Careers Fair are used as an interaction tool aimed at advising students on career choices. We also have commitment in annual walks, hikes and marathons such as the Sibebe Survivor Challenge, End Hunger - Walk the World 5km walk, Jane King Memorial 5/10km Walk (Swaziland Breast Cancer Network) and the Swazi Slojos half marathon race.
