Rebecca and her team have a wide range of expertise in supporting employers providing global mobility compliance and advisory services, advising on national and international tax aspects of international executive remuneration, expatriate policy development and cost minimization, employee share schemes, PAYE, taxation of superannuation including KiwiSaver, cross-border tax issues, holiday pay, and immigration.

For individuals, Rebecca manages cross-border tax issues, taxation of investments and investment vehicles on a domestic and international basis, taxation of trusts, structuring, residency issues, executive remuneration and equity compensation, and taxation issues relating to non-resident contractors.

With more than 18 years of consulting experience, Rebecca is also experienced in M&A transactions having worked across a broad variety of sectors including energy and mining, construction, finance, retail, leisure and hospitality, entertainment, real estate, technology and fund management.

As a sought after leader in the people services industry, Rebecca often speaks at conferences and publishes articles. In 2014 she was a Women of Influence finalist in the Community category and in 2013 she founded the Corporate Mothers Network, a forum to support and inspire professional women balancing family commitments and a career. Prior to joining KPMG, Rebecca worked in the London tax practice of a leading international law firm.
