The theme of the 2013 Budget "Prospering the Nation, Enhancing Well-Being of the Rakyat: A Promise Fulfilled" reflects the Government's focus on improving the quality of life of the rakyat, ensuring sustainable economic growth, spending prudently and reducing the fiscal deficit with overall objective of prioristing the rakyat.
