Senior Associate T&R (T&R/A07-03/2013) 

Position Overview


Supporting the Transactions and Restructuring Kuwait team in delivery of ongoing engagements and support business development activities (proposal development/ pitch documents etc).




  • Strong business writing skills
  • Strong ability to structure business deliverables
  • Strategic and commercial acumen
  • Adept in financial modeling and excel skills
  • Understand basic concepts of corporate finance, such as NPV, IRR, CAPM, Payback period etc
  • Highly analytical thinking ability
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Able to process large volumes of information quickly and efficiently
  • Able to prepare and review T&R deliverables of team members
  • Able to support preparation of business proposals/ pitch documents
  • Manage project delivery and large work streams with minimal supervision



  • Fluent in English, written and verbal
  • Arabic speaking an added advantage (but not a requirement)
  • Able to clearly communicate in a concise manner
  • Able to confidently present
  • Proven ability of good listening skills
  • Able to provide honest and constructive feedback

Experience Required

  • Post graduate qualification in Finance, preferred MBA Finance, CFA, CA, ACCA and CPA.
  • Big4 T&R or Consulting experience for at least 4-5 years desirable.
