Focus Groups
KPMG in India has rolled out the Focus Group Meetings to further strengthen our commitment towards our people agenda. The objective of these meetings is to understand and address matters relating to our colleagues and also enhance our engagement with the organization. This initiative has helped us ascertain what drives our people and would further strengthen our vision of being an Employer of Choice.

Several initiatives have been launched based on the feedback received during the Focused Group Meeting and we look forward to ongoing contribution form our employees.

KPMG in India recognizes the importance of diversity and the value women and their perspectives bring to the organization. As a part of our commitment towards our people agenda we have introduced the KNOW (KPMG Network of Women) initiative. An initiative that is amied at creating a more compelling work environment and promoting the advancement of our diverse spectrum of women into various roles - through a combination of national and local initiatives. A vital step in our efforts will be to provide you with a framework within which you can advance your skill-sets and responsibilities.

KNOW was established globally in 2003 to help support women’s initiatives and enhance the personal and professional objectives of women professionals at KPMG firms. Since its inception, KNOW has expanded rapidly, proving it to be a successful venue for women to connect with peers, meet mentors and share career experiences. And externally, more than 80 organizations have requested that KPMG in India guide them in efforts surrounding the advancement of women.
