Consultant, International Executive Services (IES) 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Able to perform monthly employee income tax calculation and prepare the related tax return independently
  • Review and analyze tax and accounting information on employee remuneration and income information
  • Able to prepare the monthly withholding tax return for Representative Offices independently
  • Able to prepare draft correspondence with the ITA in relation to any tax notices and/or tax audit findings
  • Assist in research in relation to HR or tax issues
  • Assist with the liaison with the Tax Office on client’s tax audit
  • Able to prepare a complex individual tax return and tax equalization calculations
  • Review a simple and standard individual tax return and tax equalization calculations
  • Coordinate meetings with clients with superiors
  • Able to produce a simple and concise tax advice for clients
  • Able to prepare BPJS return

 

Qualified applicants must have/be:

 

  • 3-4 years of experience in expatriate or individual tax
  • Hold a Bachelor degree with an outstanding academic record with a minimum GPA of 3.00, majoring in accounting or fiscal at a reputable university
  • Proficient in both oral and written English
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive and career-oriented by nature
  • A team player with strong analytical ability and high motivation
  • Proficient in the use of standard business software
  • Possess brevet certifications (from IKPI) is an advantage
