Board Governance Forum 

The Board Governance Forum (BGF) is a dedicated forum focused on Board level challenges, insights, and emerging hot topics. The BGF offers thought leadership and timely resources to support Board members (including Board of Commissioners, Board of Directors and Board sub-committee members) in clarifying and enhancing their governance practices in the midst of rapidly evolving corporate governance landscape in Indonesia.

Audit Committee Institute

The Audit Committee Institute (ACI) provides thought leadership and a range of resources including publications, topical forums, seminars, and roundtables to host the exchange of views and insights on audit committee leading practices and processes, and other topics of interest to members of boards and audit committees. KPMG recently established the Indonesian chapter of ACI to be the first point of call for any member wishing to implement and/or improve audit committee processes.
