Career mobility at KPMG is not just about working abroad. We recognize that moving to another department down the corridor can be just as beneficial as moving to another country.

So you can look forward to lots of opportunities to develop your career by moving between service areas. For example, after a few years in Audit, you may choose to join one of our fast-growing Advisory teams. In some locations there are internal careers fairs to help you network with colleagues from other departments and find out what it's like working in another business area. You may also find yourself working on a cross-functional team where you develop a good understanding of what colleagues in other parts of KPMG do and decide if a move would be right for you.

Some of our member firms may also offer you the opportunity to go on secondment to a client or other organization. This experience can really help broaden your industry knowledge and pick up new skills.
