I'm a senior manager in KPMG's Transaction Services practice, based in Paris, France. My teams aim to give prospective investors an accurate insight into the finances of businesses being bought and sold. Daily I'll allocate responsibilities to team members and review their work, and liaise with clients and other advisers to the transaction. I also summarize our investigations and discuss the report with our firms' clients. I spend approximately half my time in the Paris office, and the rest at the transaction locations, with perhaps 20 percent of my time working on deals which involve international travel.
