Ideally you'll have three years' experience outside of China, though we are looking to take on people at all levels. Specific skills in Financial Services, U.S. SEC, GAAPS, financing and mergers and acquisitions would be useful. You don't have to be a Chinese national, but familiarity with Mandarin is desirable.
