Christian Klingbeil has been with KPMG since 1996. He is an auditor and tax advisor. As a partner in the Deal Advisory division, he has more than 20 years of experience and supports companies of all sizes with valuation issues in connection with transactions, portfolio decisions as well as tax and accounting. His focus is on the pharmaceutical and chemical industry, where he has advised a large number of major companies, in particular on large capital market-oriented transactions, restructuring projects, joint venture formations, domination and profit and loss transfer agreements, fairness opinions and purchase price allocations.
Since January 2026, Christian Klingbeil has been responsible for the Life Sciences & Chemicals sector of KPMG in Germany.
