The KPMG sponsored Audit Committee Institute (ACI) aims to be the first point of call for audit committee directors and senior management wishing to learn more about audit committee related regulatory developments. The objective of the ACI is to keep directors up to date on key audit committee activities and developments, whilst assisting directors and management to improve corporate governance of their organisations.

'A global network' - The ACI is now represented in over 24 countries worldwide, assisting audit committee members across the globe in their quest to improve governance in organisations operating in, for example, the USA, Australia, Belgium, Columbia, Switzerland and Malaysia. |

'The ACI' - Interacts with companies and audit committee members of large, mid and small cap listed companies. In addition the ACI supports not-for-profit organisations and also State Owned Enterprises. |

Events - The ACI will run a regular programme of events including governance update seminars, roundtables, breakfast programmes and a variety of sector and subject specific events, which will provide audit committee directors and finance professionals with a wide and comprehensive technical resource programme. |

ACI Publications - The ACI publishes a variety of publications designed for audit committee members including the China Boardroom Update, the ACI toolkit and various ad-hoc publications which are produced in response to regulatory, industry and commercial developments in the governance arena. |
