KPMG China's People Management Leaders programme was honoured at the HKIHRM/SCMP People Management Awards in 2008. Jointly organised by the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management (HKIHRM) and the South China Morning Post (SCMP), the Awards recognise organisations that have achieved business success through a coherent and strategic approach in managing people. It identifies people management initiatives and implementation techniques that have created outstanding benefit for the organisation and its stakeholders, including its employees.
