The independent member firms of the KPMG network are affiliated with KPMG International Cooperative ("KPMG International"), a Swiss entity. Each KPMG firm is a legally distinct and separate entity and describes itself as such.

KPMG China has 12 offices (including KPMG Advisory (China) Limited) in Beijing, Shenyang, Qingdao, Shanghai, Nanjing, Chengdu, Hangzhou, Guangzhou, Fuzhou, Shenzhen, Hong Kong SAR and Macau SAR, with more than 9,000 professionals.

KPMG China - corporate social responsibilities Throughout the years, KPMG China has been actively involved in many activities supporting the community. Our commitment to corporate social responsibility (CSR) is reflected in our core values and represents the belief that we, as a firm and as individuals, have a responsibility towards the greater community.

KPMG was formed in 1987 with the merger of Peat Marwick International (PMI) and Klynveld Main Goerdeler (KMG) and their individual member firms. With a rich history, spanning three centuries, the organization's background can be traced through the names of its principal founding members - whose initials form the name "KPMG."

Our Values

KPMG people work together to deliver value to our clients. We believe strongly in a common set of shared values which guide our behaviour when dealing with both our clients and each other.

Our Commitments

KPMG continues to set high expectations for ourselves through commitments to our people, our organisation, our clients and markets, and our communities.
