The ACI will facilitate interactive forums, roundtables and events across China and Hong Kong. These events will provide for the exchange of views and insights on topics of interest to board members, audit committees members and senior executives.
To promote good corporate governance in Hong Kong and the PRC, the ACI, will organise interactive roundtables periodically in locations across the PRC (including Hong Kong and Macau). The roundtable meetings will provide for the exchange of views on and insights into topics of interest to members of corporate boards, audit committees and senior executives. Roundtable co-sponsors typically include leading law firms, universities and corporate governance organisations.
