Experience

· Joining KPMG’s Jersey office in 1981 and becoming an Executive Director in 1994, Larry has almost 30 years experience in the finance industry and has built up a deep knowledge of the issues faced by the market. His experience covers the whole range of offshore financial services including banking, funds, trust companies, trusts, investment companies, securitisation structures and other special purpose vehicles.

· Larry has acted as engagement partner responsible for a number of KPMG’s major clients including: ABN Amro, Allied Irish Bank, Ansbacher, Citigroup, Deutsche Bank, HSBC, Kleinwort Benson, NatWest and Standard Chartered.

· Locally, Larry is currently Chairman of KPMG in the Channel Islands and is based in Jersey. He also became Chairman of KPMG's The Offshore Group ('TOG') with effect from 1 October 2009.
