· Dermot Dempsey specialises in delivering audit, accounting and other related services to the investment management and banking sectors.

· Dermot is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and joined KPMG in the Channel Islands in 2003. He currently has a diverse portfolio of clients and leads the audits of listed (including LSE, AIM, ISE & Euronext) and unlisted traditional and alternative investment funds including timberland funds, hedge funds, fund of funds and funds pursuing a multi-asset class strategy involving exposure to a variety of securitised assets.

· Dermot is also responsible for the delivery of audit, regulatory and other related services to a number of Guernsey licensed banks and has had experience in advising potential new banking entrants to the Guernsey market on licensing and other regulatory matters.
