Next Breakfast Seminar - FATCA - February 2012

Many financial service firms in the Channel Islands continue to assess the potential impact of FATCA on their and their clients’ businesses. This process will become more focused when the IRS release the detailed regulations on the implementation and operation of FATCA. It is expected that publication will be shortly.

These regulations will provide valuable insight to businesses on what will be expected of institutions that choose to be participating Foreign Financial Institutions. It is therefore vital that firms on the island understand the scope of the regulations.
