We are a leading provider to the Private Equity, Property, Infrastructure, Fund of Fund and Sustainable/Environmental Investment sectors.
Our Experience
As reported by the Lipper Fitzrovia Annual Survey, we audit approximately half of all funds in Guernsey and 27% of all funds in Jersey, as well as providing audit services to many of the fund administration and custodial service providers in the islands.
We offer a wide range of tax services, regularly advising on the set up of investment structures and also providing tax reporting for funds and their investors.
Our advisory practice led the first listing of a fund on London’s Specialist Fund Market and have advised on many main market and AIM listings. We are a listing sponsor for the CISX. Our team have also been active in the Funds M&A arena and have assisted several funds restructure recently.
Our Industry Involvement
Tony Mancini is a member of the Guernsey Investment Fund Association (GIFA) Executive Committee which is the trade body for the industry in Guernsey. Tony chairs the Guernsey International Business Association Committee that is working with government on the ongoing corporate tax review.
Heather MacCallum is KPMG’s representative for the Jersey Funds Association. She is a member of the Leadership Council of KPMG’s Investment Management Practice and a member of the KPMG Global Working Party on the EU Alternative Investment Fund Manager Directive.
Neale Jehan chairs the GIFA technical committee and is currently leading the industry’s response to the EU AIFM Directive. The technical committee is charged with examining the industry external to the island and identifying and reacting to potential threats and opportunities at regime or product level.
